Parivrtta
Wall art with pyrography, alcohol ink, gold leaf on aspen, resin, and rainbow citrine crystals. Backlit!
As described in Vedic texts, the gods provided humankind with visual aids called mandalas to remember sacred sounds.
The word "mandala" means "circle," symbolizing wholeness, balance, perfection, and eternity, as the distance from the center to any point on the edge remains constant.
Flowers, being circular, combine well with mandalas to symbolize femininity, eternity, and balance.
A mandala becomes a sacred space, a receptacle for deities and a collection point for universal forces. By mentally entering a mandala and moving toward its center, a person is symbolically guided through the cosmos to the essence of reality.
Each piece is a unique creation infused with positive vibes through the incorporation of sound, prayer, smudging, essential oils, sacred geometry, mandalas, and elements from nature.
